  Glenside Hospital has a lot of good workers and resources, is in a good location, unfortunately higher functioning covert narcissistic personality disordered people have climbed the ladder and held the best jobs, this has resulted in systemic failures. Many staff, workers and mental health nurses are very competent ethical caring humans, but to survive the toxic workplace, an overly bureaucratic system and the malignant narcissistic personality disordered community they work in, Have had to earn their income as cogs in a dysfunctional wheel, become enablers and apathetic of abuse, and are too scared to rock the status quo. Glenside Hospital needs an awareness campaign to educate staff and consumers how to avoid and navigate around their higher functioning covert narcissistic and higher functioning covert borderline personality disordered nurses, management, psychologists, psychiatrists and other abusive employees. Covert Narcissistic personality disorder abuse and exploitative behaviour is at epidemic levels within the management and the highest ranks of Glenside and SA Health and requires a safety quality risk management plan.
