  Not happy today at Zara Burside today wanted shoes my size 1 left couldnt buy or try as it was on the manican I was told. VERY ANNOYED!!!!!! Staff in kids wear fantastic downstairs 1 person serving with a very very long line poor girl. 1 girl busy changing the floor stock around. Mmm doesnt make sense.

  Overall this Zara store is huge compared to any others, however with the huge amount of stock they have their prices are also over the top, with any nice looking cloths being 120-130+ although you can find some cheap cloths in hear they are generally never very nice or "on trend"

  Disgraceful customer service at Zara. Management and staff are consistently rude however today was by far my worst experience. I had fellow customers come up to me after my altercation at the store expressing their disappointment in how I was treated. A few actually walked out as a result. Please be advised that when you pay on Apple Pay, different card details will appear on your receipt, clearly the Zara staff aren’t aware of this and hence were refusing to provide me with a refund. Apple Pay provides an alternative card number for security purposes. Please read up on this Zara staff and in particular your management team really need coaching! The girl that finally provided me with a refund once her manager stopped yelling at me, blamed the different card details on my bank and with a smirk on her face loudly stated she was glad that she has left that bank to ensure other customers heard it loud and clear- extremely unprofessional. Please educate and coach your staff and treat your customers better. Read up on Apple Pay and it’s security measures.

  I was walking around the shop, I asked the staff member to hold my baby and she dropped it head first. The baby's head had a big bruise, and to cover their unprofessional behaviour, the staff member gave me a free pink jacket...

  The four stars are for the company. It would be five stars, but I really think the staff could benefit from watching their boss (who is amazing). At best, they’re disinterested and at worst, downright rude. Luckily I’ve shopped at Zara in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as in Europe, where the experience was, without exception, brilliant, so my feelings about Zara were set in stone long before the Burnside store opened. I say luckily, because if it was my first experience with the chain, I may not have bothered with a second one.
